Original Woodie Board (90cm) is made from sustainable Meranti Wood all the way from Indonesia. Each board is hand finished by local woodcrafters using only non-toxic varnish and sanding.
Why balancing boards?
Because balancing boards help children in getting positive Vestibular system inputs in their body. Its related to the inner ear and how the body analyses balance and movement. This woodie board promotes balance, stability, coordination and encourage spatial awareness in children too.
Its open ended and can also be used in an imaginative or constructive play as well. Think bridges or even a table where your child could wind down to write their little notes at the end of the day too.
Comes in two colours, light and dark brown.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be a lead time of 1 - 2 weeks due to production and shipment. Tentative date of arrival is 20th December 2021.
